PRIDE SUPPORTS BP MS150 BIKE RIDE
This past weekend, Pride employees participated in the 23 rd annual BP MS 150, benefiting the National MS Society. Thousands of cyclists and volunteers united for a two-day, 180-mile journey from Houston to Austin to join the National MS Society in their mission to end the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis. For the second consecutive year, the 180-mile fund-raiser featured 13,000 registered participants, making it the largest event of its kind in North America.

As the largest chapter in the United States, the Lone Star Chapter helps 17,000 Texans with MS in 141 counties. Thanks to all Pride Employees and their families who helped serve and RIDE WITH PRIDE in the 2007 BP MS 150.

BP APPRECIATION DINNER
Recently, BP Operations gave a Pride Appreciation Dinner to the Holstein rig hands. A steak and lobster dinner set the stage for the cake and cookies. The Pride hard hat, shirt, flanges and boots are made with chocolate cake. In fact, everything in the pictures shown is edible except for the crepe paper. Please note the detail with the bolt heads on the flanges. To say the least, the baker on Holstein did an amazing job.
